Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be charged the current subscription fee at the time of conversion.
Billing and Payment: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Payment is processed through Stripe. All charges are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Failed Payment: If your payment method fails, we will attempt to charge your account again. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended or terminated after 30 days of non-payment.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARC Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your Responsibility: You acknowledge that investment and trading involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any losses incurred through your use of the Service.
